Mason just turned 5 years old so we went to his birthday party this past weekend. TJ came along too and the kids all had a great time bouncing, playing video games, running crazy, & eating cupcakes. Emma & Mason were so excited to see each other! It has been a long summer apart for them. Apparently the older girls thought Em & Mase were just too cute though and told Mason that he should kiss his "girlfriend!" But, as he went towards her, he bounced right into her face and Emma wound up with a bloody nose! Ha! I know it's not REALLY funny, but she was fine... walked right up to me and said, "Mom, I have a bloody nose." No tears or anything. And I am such a fan of natural consequences for kids! So we had a little talk about "this is why you don't kiss boys in the bounce house at 4 years old..." :)
