We went to Madison's 5th Birthday Party yesterday and had a great time! The theme was Hello Kitty and it was adorable. Emma loved all the pink and purple decorations and she was so excited to give Madison the sparkly pink sequined hat & shirt she had picked out for her. The kids each got a giant pixie stick with their goodie bag so Emma made sure to bring the remainder of hers home to share with TJ. Unfortunately, I "accidentally" spilled most of it down the sink when they weren't looking. :) That thing was a huge amount of pure sugar! The other big hit from the goodie bag was the whoopie cushion. It has provided hours of giggles and "ewww!"s from the little ones this morning! There was also a bounce house at the party and, for the first time, Emma really enjoyed it. She bounced quite a bit and loved the slide as well. Now she wants one of these at her birthday too. We'll see...
