Saturday was a great day! Jon & I went out to San Pedro to tour the USS IOWA battleship. It was really cool to hear all the history from the docents and to get to walk the bridge, through the crew mess area below deck, and even into the presidential quarters & see where FDR had a bathtub installed - the only tub ever onboard a battleship. :) It was definitely worth checking out and we had a good time. After we finished the tour, and hit Starbucks for a little pick-me-up, we headed back to Tim & Jenny's house for Tim's birthday dinner. Enchiladas... Yum! Family dinners are always fun. I have been blessed with the best family in the world. We all truly enjoy each other's company (most of the time) and we love getting together like this. Yummy food, good conversation, and plenty of "Just Dance 4" for the kids. :)
