For the second year in a row we have joined Grandma Nancy's kindergarten class for a trip to Crystal Cove. The girls love playing in the surf and exploring the tide pools. Emma was very excited by the sea anemones this year and how, if you gently poked them in the middle, they closed up. Love my little scientist! It is such a nice beach to play at and we had a great time! After we left we decided to go to dinner so I introduced everyone to the little BBQ joint Jon & I found a few months ago. The food was a hit and the girls loved the little playground. All in all, it was another great summer day!
