Rancho Fun!

Today we spent the day out in Rancho. First we picked up Lucy to spend the day with us and then we met our friends out at Pump It Up. After the kids bounced themselves silly for a couple hours, we headed over to the fountain play area at Victoria Gardens, where we had a picnic lunch, ice cream sundaes from CPK, and the kids splashed to their heart's content. We finished up with some outdoorsy fun at the "family camp" held at Bass Pro Shop. The kids did a mini scavenger hunt, earned a lanyard & pin, played on the party boats, rode the elevator (over & over), and learned how to shoot arrows & cast fishing reels. By that time it was almost 4 pm, so we headed over to Riverside to meet Karen. While we waited for her to get off work, we went for a walk, found another water play area, and had some pizza. Then I handed the kids off to Karen & Lucy and I went to a sneak peek advance screening of Man of Steel. Yay for free movie tickets!!!
