As has become tradition, Emma & I spend Father's Day together each year doing something fun. She says she loves "Mommy & Emma Day" and, not that we don't have plenty of other days like that througout the year, there is always something special about this one. So this year we just did a little shopping and then I finally caved and decided to let her color her hair. Yes, she is only 5. But she has been wanting to dye her hair with kool-aid like her big girl cousins did. I figured there is no harm in it - it's not even real dye - so why not? Emma was ECSTATIC! And the results were pretty cute too. :) We also went over to Mom & Al's for swimming & pizza tonight.
She also lost ANOTHER tooth today, so that was exciting as well. She is so sweet the way she keeps saving every nickle and dime she finds and every tooth fairy dollar. She has her heart set on eventually earning enough for Disneyland passes. We shall see...
