One of Emma's best friends, Sophia, takes weekly Irish dancing classes. The school was having a performance out at Victoria Gardens in the cultural center last week, so of course we went out to watch and support her. She did wonderfully! After the demonstration portion ended, they held a "ceili" which is a time for the audience to come up and learn some of the steps as well. Emma & Hayden went up to join Sophia and all the girls did great! We also got a coupon for one month of free dance lessons. Emma is very excited to go dance with Sophia for a few weeks. On the way back to the parking structure Emma spotted the giant "books" on the side of the library next door and wanted to take her picture there. Far be it from me to discourage her love of reading! :)
